Wonderful
I love the location which is not far from Sendai station and shopping area.
My room is closed to the road, there is very loud noice that night (Halloween night). However, my friend got the room on another side. They can sleep well/

Good
All the staff were very lovely and super helpful. The breakfast was also not too bad. Location was great too! Near the JR Sendai station and local subway station.
The aircon unit is controlled by the front desk which meant that the central aircon was set to heating the entire time of our stay. This wouldn’t of been an issue if the rooms didn’t get so stuffy with no airflow. You can open the window or hire a fan which we did but it felt like it didn’t make much of a difference. The bed was very uncomfortable and if you wanted another pillow (you only are given one) you have to hire it out. All in all it’s not the best value for money, even if breakfast is included.
